Spiritual Direction is for me the privilege of accompanying another on one’s spiritual journey toward growing ever closer to God, offering support and encouragement. As we have been given the Great Commandment to “love God with our whole soul, heart, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves,” spiritual direction helps us to explore those relationships of love with God, with others and with ourselves. I have been a spiritual director since 1991, having received my training through the Spiritual Direction Institute with Monsignor Chester Michel.

What a privilege it is to enter sacred space to seek God on behalf of another! God has used the ministry of spiritual direction to tune my heart to His very real and loving Presence. My prayer is that those whom I companion will likewise experience God’s Presence and love. I received my training in spiritual direction through Leadership Transformations' Selah Program.
